It's all the same, it's all the same

Is it really a surprise to anyone that this CBC report paints Tories as Machiavellian opportunists, singled out even by the headline among all four parties' frantic preparations for the possibility of snap elections? The new information presented - that the party machine is gearing up on orders of a memo circulated to riding associations yesterday - isn't so new or profound as to warrant this being made a special report or update separate from the generic speculation of Thursday and Friday. And yet we have these fresh implications of Conservative gall, subtly condemning what Mother Corp must conclude to be inappropriately pre-emptive electioneering. I wonder why that is?

The sooner the CBC is privitised, the better. My suggestion is that every Canadian gets 10 shares in a one time dispersement. The shares can then be traded on a public stock exchange. The government reduces funding in 25% blocks over 4 years in an orderly transition to the privite sector. What do you think? What is the CPC policy on the CBC?
