Layton is bemoaning that American "Congressional leaders" (Dems, I'm guessing - yeah, he's claiming they were for socialized health care and against missile defense) don't hear enough from Canada (?!).
Harper: "We've got to be able to disagree, without being disagreeable." Bingo. I understand that most of the country is going to be largely ambivalent about American relations, but it's not necessary to be a jerk about ambivalence.
